Preston's Mood Board
1) How would you describe your own personal style?
Relaxed; I always sport neutrals with great accessories. Now that I don't work in an office, I rarely wear heels over three inches.
2) Where are you planning to spend the holiday season?
We will be in our cottage on the L.I. Sound to be near our barn, as my family doesn't want to go away this year.
3) What is your most memorable holiday vacation or staycation?
Curtain Bluff in Antigua is my favorite warm weather vacation spot, hands down! But staying in NYC when everyone is away is pretty amazing too.
4) What are the three things besides your passport you never leave home without?
A fully loaded Kindle, a hat with a big rim & K. Jacques (assuming I am going somewhere warm).
5) What are your globetrotter tips for living like a ?local? in NYC?
Uptown: Start on Carnegie Hill with whoopie pies at Yura and The Corner Bookstore and then walk down Madison Ave., ending at Barneys. Stop for lunch at Via Quadrono on 73rd.
Downtown: Blue Ribbon Bakery is my favorite spot to host a dinner party in their wine cellar. A movie at the Angelika and lunch at Kelley & Ping before roaming Soho (on a weekday) is a great way to play hooky from work.
6) What three gifts would you be gifting this holiday from L-atitude and why?
I give gifts that I would like to receive myself, and these items would be a perfect addition to my home and wardrobe.
