How would you describe your personal style?
Comfortable, relaxed, and casual.
Who, what, or where is the inspiration behind your style?
My style is inspired by my attraction to different textiles and colors but I am always drawn to pieces I feel comfortable in.
What do you love most about New York? Can you share your top three favorite spots for eating, drinking and shopping?
I love the energy and the inspiration that New York manifests. It?s hard to choose three spots but Rosarito Fish Shack, Desnuda, and Beautiful Dreamers, are all great and in my neighborhood (Williamsburg).

What is a typical [if there is such a thing] day like in your life on the road or at home?
I wake up and have a quick breakfast with my two-year-old son, then head to work for the day. I always try to get home in time to have dinner with my son and give him a bath. Then my husband and I like to relax and watch an episode of TV or read before bed.
What are your favorite places to travel to and why?
India, Jamaica, and Mexico are all so colorful and beautiful with unique cultures. They are all such inspiring places.
Name three of your favorite shopping destinations anywhere in the world.
The flea market on Sunday in Goa for beautiful tribal clothing and textiles, the Rose Bowl Flea in Pasadena, CA, and different spots in Jackson Heights for Indian gold jewelry.
What is your favorite item you have ever purchased or been given while on a trip?
I bought myself a beautiful flat circular ring in India that I sadly lost later on. I still think about it all the time.
Where do you hope to travel to next?
I would love to go to Guatemala.
Besides your passport, what do you never leave home without?
Money, keys, and a good camera.
What are three items you are coveting from L-atitude?
Beaded camel tassels, pony hair leopard slippers, and all of the scarves.
