At the Artisan market in the city center, Mayan women come and sell their handcrafted good and clothes.
 
 
Market

Walk through the food and vegetable market just for fun and to get a see how the locals shop. Stop for great fresh fruits and juices. You can also find some amazing handcrafted baskets there.

Next to the Covent San Bernandino de Siena is a great vegetarian place with amazing fresh food and juices. They grow their own vegetables and offer friendly service.

El Tio Chif is a very local restaurant, which specializes in local Mayan cuisine. The tortillas are handmade and the food is absolutely amazing.
